Audit Log Entries

Audit Logs Entries can be accessed by all profiles and enables them to systematically look at all events/schedules that Queue Control Console has performed. It will indicate Errors, Warnings, and Information that pertain to the active actions. Agency profiles will only be able to display information that belongs to their set up. The filter locked view is Warnings and Errors; however, you can manually clear this filter. The date range can be used to filter results to a specified time period.

The Audit Logs are available through the Audit Log menu or through context sensitive links under the Action List in Schedule Details.

  • Audit logs are available for searching for the past 6 months.

  • Any system-related errors and exceptions are available for viewing only through the Audit Log menu.

  • The Audit Log menu search is restricted to a maximum of 200 rows.

  • Context-system audit logs are restricted to a date range of 7 days.

  • Context sensitive audit logs can be exported as a text file to facilitate easier searching of information.

Context Sensitive Audit Log

  1. From a Schedule detail page, select the Audit Logs link under the list of actions:

  2. Enter the date range and select Search.

  3. Select View full text for more detailed information and use the Export option to view the log entries in the text format especially when there are many changes to review.

Any changes (additions/modifications/deletes) to monitoring queues, criteria and handlers of actions are captured as part of the audit log for actions. Note additions, modifications and deletions of handlers including custom handlers will be available in the audit log.
